ALPHABETICAL BRAIN VOCABULARY
Flash Card #56 - Details
WHAT IS YOUR
"EPISODIC MEMORY"
WHY IS IT
SO IMPORTANT?
Your EPISODIC MEMORY stores vivid "events" in your brain, which you have actually experienced in the past!
This typically happens in a "sequence of frames" so that the recollection unfolds over a time period similar to the original experience you had in the past.
These memories are usually "fragmented" since only a few events in real life keep your attention very long.
