ALPHABETICAL BRAIN VOCABULARY
Flash Card #53 - Details
WHAT IS YOUR
"VISUAL CORTEX"
AND WHY IS IT
SO IMPORTANT?
Your VISUAL CORTEX, which is at the back of your brain (in your OCCIPITAL LOBE), is activated first whenever you perceive anything.
Whatever you perceive is temporarily stored in your VISUAL CORTEX before the electrical impulses inside your NEURON PATHWAYS are conducted to the "front" of your FRONTAL LOBES to your PFC (PreFrontal Cortex).
